Whiskey Tasting at 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Raffle beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Dinner/Program Starts at 5:30 p.m.

 Entertainment by the Sierra Silver Strings,  Blanchette Irish Dancers, the Tinkers and the Sierra Highlanders Pipe Band

Chicken Wellington: Boneless Breast of Chicken, Filled with Mushroom Duxelle, Wrapped in Puff Pastry and Baked Golden Brown Served with Madeira Demi Glace and White and Wild Rice Pilaf

Salmon Filet: Broiled Lemon and Herb Rubbed Salmon Filet with Cioppino Sauce and Rosemary Olive Tapenade Butter, Served with Saffron Tomato Rice

Double Cut Pork Chop: Generously Cut Brined Pork Chop, Seared and Finished with a Ginger Peach Glaze & Pistachio Gremolata Served with Roasted Shallot Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

Vegetarian Option: Portabella Mushroom Timbale with Pomodoro Sauce

Salad: Fresh Garden Bouquet Salad – California Field Greens, Diced Tomato, Cucumber, Kalamata Olives, Red Onion, Buttery Croutons with choice of 1000 Island, Ranch or Italian Vinaigrette
