Honorary members may qualify for lifetime membership." 7.1.7 Allows the board to require background checks as a means of eligibility to be appointed or elected to it for liability purposes. 9.1 Allows board members or members may be compensated for professional services with board approval. For example\, members who are entertainers can be compensated. 9.3 Requires at least two board members have access to bank accounts for continuity's sake. Article 11 Creates a Code of Ethics for the chapter and institutes a sexual harassment policy that follows state law. 12.3 Codifies a board policy that the President or Presiding Officer cannot make motions\, but may vote on them.
