The show will use the Planetarium dome to create a virtual 360° experience of the interior of Ireland’s most famous archaeological monument and will feature images from Emeritus UNR Professor Howard Goldbaum’s project “Voices from the Dawn,” which explores the ancient monuments of Ireland in the context of their folklore.

Our tour will be led–from Ireland–by Clare Tuffy, director emerita of the Brú na Bóinne (Newgrange) Visitor’s Center.

The show is a culmination of Goldbaum working with Fleischmann Planetarium Director Paul McFarlane preparing his 360 degree photography of Irish monuments for the planetarium’s projector.
